How do I choose the right size?
You’ll find a size guide on each product page. We recommend checking this before ordering, as sizing and fit can vary between products.
How long will my order take?
Our products are made to order, so please allow a little time for your order to be produced before it’s shipped.
You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK. Available delivery options and costs will be shown at checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We start processing orders quickly, so contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
We can’t guarantee we’ll be able to change or cancel an order once production has started.
Can I return something?
Yes. If you change your mind, you can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned in their original condition.

What if I ordered the wrong size?
You can return an eligible item and place a new order for the correct size.

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?
We’ll sort it.
Contact us with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we’ll take it from there.
Where is my order?
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll email you tracking information so you can follow its journey.
If it seems to be taking longer than expected, get in touch and we’ll look into it.
Will everything arrive together?
Not always. Some products may be made and shipped separately, so your order could arrive in more than one package.
Don’t worry – you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.
How should I wash my RADxCORE clothing?
Always follow the care instructions on the garment.
For printed clothing, we generally recommend washing it inside out on a cool wash and avoiding tumble drying where possible. This will help keep it looking its best.
Are RADxCORE products made to order?
Yes. Most of our products are produced especially for you after you place your order.
This helps us avoid holding large amounts of unnecessary stock.
